Crownhill International College is committed to ethical student recruitment. All agents must agree to our Agent Code of Conduct before receiving their Agent ID.
NO FEES TO STUDENTS — STRICT POLICY
C.I.C. does NOT charge any Admission Application Fee. Students apply to Crownhill International College completely free of charge.
C.I.C. does NOT charge students to process or support their visa application. Visa document support is included in the programme fee.
Any agent found to be collecting fees from students under the name of C.I.C., whether for applications, visas or any other purpose, will have their Agent ID permanently revoked and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO STUDENTS
Students are advised to contact C.I.C. directly at askcic@cicbrazil.com if any agent claims to collect money from you on behalf of Crownhill International College.
All payments are made directly to Crownhill International College. No agent is authorised to handle student payments. Agents are compensated entirely by C.I.C. from institutional funds.
Agent Obligations
- Provide accurate and truthful information to prospective students about programmes, fees, visa requirements and outcomes.
- Never collect any payment from students in connection with C.I.C. applications, enrolments or visa processing.
- Use your official C.I.C. Agent ID on all student referrals, referrals without a valid Agent ID are not eligible for commission.
- Refer only genuine students who meet the minimum eligibility requirements for their chosen programme.
- Maintain professional conduct and represent C.I.C. in a manner consistent with our values and reputation.
- Not make any promises or guarantees regarding visa approval, scholarships or outcomes that have not been confirmed in writing by C.I.C.
- Report any concerns about student welfare, potential fraud or malpractice to agent@cicbrazil.com immediately.
