Crownhill International College is a Technology, Languages and Professional Education institution established in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil. Founded in January 2018 and operating as Crownhill International College Ltda under Brazilian law, the institution was created to address a specific and urgent gap in international education, the absence of a genuinely accessible, globally connected pathway for students in Africa and beyond who seek internationally recognised qualifications without the prohibitive costs of studying in Europe, North America, or Australia.

Crownhill International College delivers its programmes through a hybrid model combining face-to-face campus instruction in Trindade with simultaneous live online access, ensuring that the quality of education is consistent regardless of how a student chooses to learn. Every programme is designed to bridge the gap between where a student is today and where they need to be: qualified, employed, and ready for progression to a university partner in the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, Australia, or New Zealand.
The institution is connected to the DC Global Academy, the United Kingdom-based online education partner that delivers self-paced programmes with integrated job assistance for students who require a fully remote learning pathway. Foundation
Crownhill International College is formally established in January 2018, registered under Brazilian law with CNPJ 29.395.178/0001-60. The founding vision is clear from the outset: to build an internationally connected education institution in Brazil that serves students from Africa and beyond, offering recognised qualifications at a cost and in an environment that European and North American institutions cannot match.
Institutional Development
The institution enters an intensive period of curriculum development, accreditation preparation, and infrastructure investment. Eight course categories are finalised, spanning Language Programmes, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Marketing, FinTech, IT Technical Support, Social Care, Cybersecurity, and University Pathway Programmes. Partnerships with Cambridge English, CompTIA, Cisco Networking Academy, and Trinity College London are initiated.
Global Partnerships and the J1 Exchange Programme
Crownhill International College formalises its first international education partnerships, establishing direct pathways to universities in the United Kingdom, Canada, USA, Australia and New Zealand. The institution introduces the J1 USA Work Experience Exchange Programme for graduating students, opening career and visa routes to the United States for C.I.C. alumni. Digital infrastructure, including the Learning Management System and the integrated admissions platform, is developed and deployed. The college's global expansion agenda is set in motion.
